Inspiring Purpose, Strength, Growth

Welcome to this moment.

I served a seven-year sentence in the Arizona State Prison. I had lost everything, my children, my family my self-respect. That experience empowered me to rebuild my life. My purpose is to help others leave the past behind and step into the person they were meant to be. Rise above their past. Own their stories. Tell the truth without shame.

I’m here to walk with you on this journey.

Today I am the CEO of Televerde Foundation and Chief Impact Officer at Televerde. Where I am committed to preparing women for thriving careers beyond incarceration and connecting companies with this exceptional talent.

I’ve been honored as one of the World-Changing Women in Conscious Business by Conscious Company, named Most Admired Leader by the Phoenix Business Journal and inducted into the Arizona State University Hall of Fame. My story has also been featured in a two-part interview by Forbes Magazine. Additionally, I proudly serve on the boards of Arizona State University, Responsible Business Initiative for Justice and the Sixth Amendment Center.

I am incredibly proud of organizing and hosting a TEDx event in an Arizona prison. The event looked behind the curtain of incarceration to show the potential that exists in providing second chances while providing a dozen people with the platform to share their story.

ABOUT ME

I love Christmas, Santa Claus, my grandkids, Dr.Suess, Peter Pan and the alchemist.

I believe in the power of connection—whether it’s building teams, friendships, or communities. Life’s most meaningful moments come from showing up, supporting others, and celebrating together.

When I was passed over for what I thought was going to be my dream job, I celebrated with the most expensive bottle of champagne I have ever had in my life.

My pet peeves? Passwords, people who yell, and the preposterous notion that business isn’t personal. When we genuinely love our work, laugh with our teams, and lead with authenticity, it’s personal—and that’s what makes it powerful and profound.

What's in my backyard ?

A pool and a pizza oven. I love the artistry, creativity and simplicity that can be expressed on the blank canvas of a fresh ball of dough.
