Ten things

I BELIEVE ABOUT YOU

1.
You are better than the stories you tell yourself about yourself.

Take a moment. Have you listened to that inner voice? Is it telling you that you’re not good enough because… fill in the blank? Well, let me tell you, that’s complete BS. You are not defined by those doubts. When was the last time you grabbed pen and paper and listed everything that makes you incredible? If it’s been a while, today’s the perfect day to do it. Go ahead, it’s time.

2.
You are not defined by the worst days of your life.

Your past is just a chapter, not the whole book. We all have things we regret, but what really matters is what you do next. Let your mistakes be the fuel that drives your transformation. You are not the sum of your mistakes; you are the sum of the choices you make to rise above them.

3.
You can overcome anything to become the best version of yourself.

You can overcome to become. No matter what keep your dreams alive. Choose people who lift you up, inspire and motivate you. Give yourself grace, have patience and know that every setback is just another step toward becoming your best self. You’ve got what it takes to rise up again and again.

4.
You have the power to empower others.

No matter where you are on your journey, there’s always somebody behind you who can benefit from your experience. Many of us wouldn’t be where we are today without someone else seeing our potential and believing in us until we could believe in ourselves. Seek out that potential in others, be intentional about understanding their dreams and providing opportunities to achieve them. You can inspire, support, and guide them. Sometimes we need others to believe in us before we can believe in ourselves, and that’s a gift you can give.

5.
Your history is YOUR story.
Owning your story means you take charge of the narrative. You get to decide how your past defines you. I am not telling you to lie about your past. I’m telling you to own it. When I found the courage to own my story, it empowered me to say, “This is what happened, this is what I did with it, and this is why it matters.” Once I embraced that truth, it stopped holding me back and started propelling me forward. Your past is just a chapter, not the whole book.

But you can be defined by what you do with it afterwards. We all have decisions, moments, relationships, risks and choices we regret. Let your mistakes be the fuel that drives your transformation. You are not the sum of your mistakes; you are the sum of the choices you make to rise above them.
6.
You can learn everything you need to build a life you love.

Achieving your new dreams is a matter of mindset and skill set. It’s never too late to learn or do something new. Your future is in your hands, and it just starts with a willingness to grow, learn and get out of your comfort zone. Surround yourself with new experiences, learn from those who have walked the path before you, and don’t be afraid to ask for help. That’s where the happens.

7.
You have time to pursue your dreams and find your joy.

It’s never too late to reinvent yourself or pursue your dreams.  The dreams of today may be different than they were yesterday, but if it brings you joy, if it lights you up inside then give it chance. You’ll never know unless try!

8.
You’re surrounded by people who want to see you succeed.

You’re not in this alone. Tap into your network, ask for advice, and be open to feedback—but be selective. Not every opinion is worth your energy. Trust the people who align with your values and who inspire you to be better. Take what serves you and leave the rest.

9.
You are stronger and braver than you think.
You are good enough. You are smart enough. You are beautiful. You are capable. You are talented. You are absolutely necessary. Sometimes you just have to find the courage to pick yourself up, pull yourself together, trust in the vision, and move forward one step at a time. You don’t have to have enough courage to get to the end of the race. You only have to have enough courage to take the next step and then one day, you’ll look back and realize you’ve come farther than you imagined.
10.
You don’t have to be perfect to be loved.

Love starts with you. It begins the moment you decide you are worthy, just as you are. You don’t need validation from anyone else to know your worth. True love—real, authentic love—starts with loving yourself first, because we can only love another to the extent to which we love ourselves. So, when you get that right, you’ll naturally draw the right people into your life. ove starts with you. It begins the moment you decide you are worthy, just as you are.
